All  tours in order to be operated the minimum participation is as follows:

Ancient Olympia: 20 persons

Zakynthos: 20 persons

 

Rates stated  are PER PERSON, in EURO and include:

All taxes / VAT – as are applicable today

Transportation by luxurious air conditioned buses from/to hotel

English speaking guide  

Entrance fees to archaeological sites visited where stated – rates as are applicable today 

 Boat Tickets for Zakynthos

 

Payment & Cancellation policy

All bookings made through this online system and paid in full are non refundable and non transferable

Should you wish to proceed to cancellation of any services booked and paid for on full, a written notification is imperative to be sent to

 

Travel Plan will not be held liable, should itinerary change, delay etc., due to unforeseen circumstances such as, traffic, weather conditions, strike or any other reason that Travel Plan did not cause.

 

Car Rental Terms & Conditions
Reservations: All reservations are based on a vehicle category and not a certain car model.

Driver: Minimum age is 23 years of age.

Drivers' License: The Driver is required to have and display a valid Drivers' License issued at least a year ago. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Drivers' License along with their regular Drivers' License.

Traffic Violations - Fines: Traffic violations and fines are bore by the Renter.

Means of Payment: The Renter is required to present a valid Credit Card for the Rental Guarantee,. The Rental is prepaid.

After Hours Deliveries - Collections: Charged with 25eur

Out of Station Deliveries - Collections: Deliveries and Collections are On-Request. The extra charge within city limits is 15€+VAT. For Deliveries - Collections outside of the city, the extra charge is 25€+VAT as well as 0,50+VAT per klm.

Additional Driver: The First Additional Driver is Free of Charge, the second is 2€/day

GPS: The extra charge for GPS is 7€/day with a maximum charge of 50 Euros and the availability is upon request

Child Seat: The extra charge for a Child / Baby seat is 5€/day with a maximum charge of 50 Euros and the availability is upon request.

Snow Chains: The charge for Snow Chains is at 10€/day with a maximum charge of 80€/rental.

Fuel: The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when collected. In the case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, the renter will be charged with the fuel difference. No refunds are issued for vehicles returned with more fuel than when collected.

Accident: In case of an Accident the Renter is obliged to inform the company as well as the police and to present the Police Accident Report to the station upon return of the vehicle to the station. In case of an Accident caused by the Renter, the Renter will be charged with 15€ Administrative fees.

Insurances:
Our vehicles are insured against third party damages excluding a) Driver and passengers b) our vehicle itself.
CDW - Collission Damage Waiver: The Renter is covered for any damage to the rented vehicle:
• over 600€ + VAT provided he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract for car categories A,B,C,C1,C2,CD,D,DD,DSW,K,KSW,K1,K2,GM,G,G2,G3,J
• over 700€ + VAT provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract for car category H1,HD,F7,F7D
• over 900€ + VAT provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract for car categories J1,J3,F1,F2,F2D,F3D
• over 1500€ + VAT provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract for car category L,L1,L2,J4
Required Prerequisite, driving according to the traffic code. No insurance covers tires damages, damages underneath the vehicle as well as loss / theft of personal items.
SCDW - Super Collission Damage Waiver: The Renter is covered for any damage to the rented vehicle:
• over 300€ + VAT provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract and is charged 6€ more than CDW, for every rental day for categories A,B,C,C1,C2,CD,D,DD,DSW,K,KSW,K1,K2,GM,G,G2,G3,J
• over 350€ + VAT provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract and is charged 6€ more than CDW, for every rental day for category H1,HD,F7,F7D
• over 450€ + VAT provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract and is charged 12€ more than CDW, for every rental day for categories J1,J3,F1,F2,F2D,F3D
• over 750€ + VAT provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract and is charged 20€ more than CDW, for every rental day for category J4
• over 750€ + VAT provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract and is charged 30€ more than CDW, for every rental day for category L,L1,L2

FDW – Full Damage Waiver: The Renter can be fully covered (with zero excess) in case of car damage provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the rental agreement and is charged:
• 12€ more than CDW, for every rental day for categories A,B,C,C1,C2,CD,D,DD,DSW,K,KSW,K1,K2,H1,HD,GM,G,G2,G3,J,F7,F7D
• 24€ more than CDW, for every rental day for categories F1,F2,F2D,F3D
• 25€ more than CDW, for every rental day for categories  J1,J3
• 40€ more than CDW, for every rental day for categories J4

 WUG: Wheels, Underside and Glass Cover: The renter can be covered for any damage to the vehicle wheels, underside or glass provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the rental agreement and is charged:
• 10€ / day for categories A,B,C,C1,C2,CD,D,DD,DSW,K,KSW,K1,K2, H1,HD,GM,G,G2,G3,J,F1,F2,F2D,F3D,F7,F7D
Theft Protection: The renter is fully covered (with zero excess) in case of vehicle damage due theft provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the rental agreement and is charged:
• 10€, / day for categories A,B,C,C1,C2,CD,D,DD,DSW,K,KSW,K1,K2, H1,HD,GM,G,G2,G3,J,J1,J3,J4,F1,F2,F2D,F3D,F7,F7D
Required Prerequisite, Proof of Non - Negligence (e.g. car left unlocked).
 
Road Assistance:  Cars are covered with 24hrs Road Assistance. Contact details will be provided to you at the station.
