-Adults are passengers who have already completed their twelfth year.
-Children are passengers from 2-11 years old. We are not able to issue tickets through the internet for unaccompanied children under 12 years old.
-Babies (no seat) passengers are up to 2 years. Each passenger over 12 years can keep an infant in his arms during the journey.
Note that it is likely that airlines do not have special discount fares for children and / or infants, in which case you will be quoted based on adults rates.
It would be best to contact us by phone for children (2-11 years) traveling unaccompanied. We do not offer the possibility to issue tickets via our online system for unaccompanied children. Some rules that usually apply to unaccompanied children are:
-Children over 5 years old can travel unescorted with direct or connecting flights (please note that they are usually not permitted to travel in the last connecting flight of a day). Since the exact age that children are allowed to travel unescorted may vary you must ensure to contact the airline company prior to booking a ticket.
-Children who are under five years old can only travel when accompanied by another passenger (usually over 15 years old)
Most airlines charge an extra fee on top of the cost of the ticket for providing escorting services for unattended children. Airlines need to know the contact details of the person delivering and picking up the unaccompanied children from the final destination. Tickets can only be issued once there is approval from the airline company that the child can travel unattended.
Most airline companies offer discounted fares for infants, children and young people. The discount may vary depending on the airline, the flight and seat availability. In any case they will need your exact date of birth.
For flights within the Europe territory only Economy and Business class seats are available. In the long haul flights, transatlantic and generally destinations outside Europe we often have First Class seating as well. In Economy class companies usually provide the basic in-flight service. In business class they offer more services with regards to the check-in, in-flight meals, priority baggage delivery, etc.
-The Economy Class is located in the main compartment of the aircraft. In this category the services and amenities are basic and the price is lower. The economy tickets usually have several limitations on the ability to make changes and cancellations. In some cases you cannot make any changes at all and in case of cancellation you will not be refunded for the value of the ticket but only for the taxes.
-Business Class has normally wider seats and more space between rows. Lunch in business class is better than economy class. Other services that may be offered are a separate check-in and the use of the airline’s lounges. Business class might be more expensive than economy but it is cheaper than the first class.
-The First Class is located in the front part of the aircraft. It has fewer and more comfortable seats as well as the best meals. It also offers separate check-in and access to the airline’s lounges. First class tickets are always the most expensive and are available on all aircrafts.

It is advisable to confirm with the airline or the airport that there are no changes to the flight. We will make every effort to notify you if there is any change. However, especially in cases like bad weather conditions, strikes of the airline’s or airport’s staff, etc., we highly recommend that you contact your airline company or airport to confirm the departure time of your flight. Another way to find out whether there are any changes to your flight is to follow the link "View your booking online" on the e-mail confirmation that you receive once you have made your booking.
Most probably yes, as the majority of the airlines accept small pets onboard. You must double check though on the allowed weight and dimensions of the carrying bag that you will use to carry your pet.
To cancel or make changes to a ticket you need to inform us in writing via e-mail or fax or by filling in the form that you will find in our site.
A ticket may have different restrictions depending on the airline company and the type of fare that you pay. It is very likely that in cheaper fare categories you may be refunded for only the airport taxes and not for actual the cost of the ticket. Nevertheless, you will need to contact your airline company to confirm the exact amount that will be refunded to you. In the terms& conditions page of the airline you can find out more information with regards to canceling or changing a ticket.
You must either fill out the relevant form or respond to an email that we have sent you with your booking confirmation or send us your request by fax. In any case we cannot amend your booking unless we receive your request in writing.
If the type of ticket allows you to make amendments prior to or after your departure, you should contact our office or the local airline office.
Sometimes, airlines are forced to change their routes, frequency and number of flights. In this case we will try to inform you of any changes before your departure date to amend your trip accordingly. Usually these changes are small and without much impact on your journey. Should there are large changes, i.e. change of more than two hours in the flight departure time or a change of departure airport and there is a suitable alternative, you can then ask the airline to compensate you. This is because of the passenger's rights adopted by the European Union; the company may not need to compensate you if they advise you of the changes within a specific time frame, indicated by the relevant legislation.
Typically, a hand luggage must weigh up to 5 pounds while the luggage up to 20 pounds with slight variations depending on the destination. The airlines are becoming stricter in terms of the weight and size of luggage. Both the maximum weight and dimensions may vary depending on the flight and booking class. If you have any further questions with regards to luggage permissions we suggest that you either contact us or directly the airline.
You may have the option to choose your seat prior to your departure, but this varies depending on the policy of each airline.
If traveling abroad you should be at the airport 2-3 hours before; if you are travelling within Greece one hour is enough. Please be aware that during peak times you will need more time to pass through security checks.
When traveling within the Schengen area it is sufficient to have your ID card with you (it must contain your name written with Latin characters). Although your ID might be enough, travelling with your passport might be more convenient. When traveling outside the Schengen area, in addition to the passport it might be necessary to have your return ticket and visa in hand. For more information on this matter, it is advisable to consult the embassy of the country you will be visiting. Our travel consultants can inform you if there is a need for Visa to enter a country.
Children need their own passports and visa same as an adult. If traveling alone you need to inform the airline. Please note that not all airlines accept unaccompanied children. Children traveling within Greece that do not have a passport or identity card must carry their birth certificates instead.
Tickets for infants are issued only when they are accompanied by an adult. It is not possible to travel otherwise. The fare for infants is not zero; it depends on the fare for the ticket of the adult that travels with them. For example, if the adult has booked a ticket in economy class, the fare for the infant will be lower than if the adult has booked business class ticket.
You can take with you devices such as for example small TVs, radios, etc. but they must be checked in separately on security check to speed up the procedure.
