This site is managed by the EUROSTAR S.A/TRAVEL PLAN, which is based in Athens, 80 Michalakopoulou , 11528, Greece 094 495 077 with VAT and WHO FAEE ATHENS (Registration Number 37137/01/V/96/571), authorized the EOT/ΜΗΤΕ 0206Ε610000885Υ0.

Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions

Use of this website and offered in www.travelplan.gr services are governed by the following general trading conditions (AGB). The terms apply to all detention orders, which are given by the user or through an Internet portal www.travelplan.gr, or by telephone through the call center or at the EUROSTAR S.A/TRAVELPLAN branches. By making a reservation or purchase offered in www.travelplan.gr, the user accepts and the AGB www.travelplan.gr.

Working hours

One can purchase any product from www.travelplan.gr, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via credit card. The call center of www.travelplan.gr operates Monday to Friday 09.00 to 20.00 and Saturday from 09.00 until 14.30. Although the company is making efforts to monitor the electronic mail at all times, there is no guarantee that incoming mail will be read and that the company will respond to any requests outside the call center’s hours of operation.

Changes / Cancellations

Should you wish to make any changes or cancel your bookings, you are required to send an e-mail to [email protected]. In case a reservation is cancelled within the last 21 days prior to the start of a journey, there will be no refund unless otherwise is indicated in the description of the specific journey. Moreover, if the client is unable to attend a journey for which they have already paid an advance, they may transfer this booking to another person should this be accepted by our suppliers, agrees to the conditions required for the organized trip, informs EUROSTAR S.A/TRAVEL PLAN at least 9 days before departure, unless otherwise stated for the specific journey.

Any costs arising from a journey transfer are charged to the customer. A customer who accepts the journey transfer automatically accepts the general terms of participation, both jointly and towards EUROSTAR S.A/TRAVEL PLAN on the outstanding balance of the amount, and any additional costs of such a transfer. Cancellation enquiries will only be accepted in writing. Regardless of the date of booking and departure for the journey, there will be deductions such as: 21 days before; retention of 40 Euros per person for organizational and telecommunications costs. Additionally for cancellations between 20 to 14 days prion to departure, the fee is 35% of the total value of the trip. From 13 to 8 days the fee is 50% of the tour. For 7 days or less the fee might be up to 100% of the total cost of the journey.

For special departures, holidays, during exhibitions or a cruise, or traveling with charter flights or special chartered ships, the above mentioned cancellation periods are much larger and cancellations charges are higher.

Copyright, trademarks

The copyright and all other rights protected on the site belong to www.travelplan.gr. The contents of this website belong exclusively to www.travelplan.gr, unless stated that they belong to a third party. The name www.travelplan.gr as well as all trademarks, logos and designs all the graphics displayed on the website are the property of www.travelplan.gr or property of others. You are not permitted to any copying, distribution, transportation, processing, resell, create derivative works, or misleading the public about the actual provider of the content of this website. Any reproduction, republication, downloading, communication, distribution, or transmission or any other use of content in any manner or means, for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the approval of Travel Plan or other holders of copyright.

Modification of the Terms

www.travelplan.gr has the right to amend or update the above Terms and Conditions at any time with effect for the future without being necessary that the users will be informed of the changes. The website will show the contract terms as applicable at the present time. By using the website after a change in general terms and conditions, they user is accepting all amendments.

Rejection of Purchase
www.travelplan.gr has the right to reject reservation requests by users who violate the the terms of use of the site.

Exclusion of Liability

This site contains links (links) to third party websites. www.travelplan.gr will be not responsible held for the availability, privacy policy, content of these pages and completeness, and for any damage resulting from their use. The user access at their own responsibility .

Responsibility of the user

The use of the site must be for lawful purposes only and in a legal manner in order for third parties to be able to use it. The user must use the website in accordance with the law, and not to perform any acts or omissions that may cause damage or dysfunction in it can affect or endanger the provision of services of www.travelplan.gr. By using this site the user is declaring that they are at least 18 years old and meet the legal requirements to use this site. The user is required to supervise and take responsibility for any use of this website by underage people that perform actions on their behalf. The user also guarantees the accuracy and completeness of all information and data which relate to the individual user or their family members, while using this website.

Any reservation performed for profit related, misleading or purpose to defraud or in the event which the aim is to increase demand is prohibited.

The possibility of utilization of the services or products through this website may be used only when making legitimate reservations and purchases in the name of the user or with respect to other persons, for and on behalf of whom they have the right to act. The user accepts that the abuse of www.travelplan.gr may result in excluding the user from future use of the website and its services.

Applicable legislation

The law which applies to internet users and specifically www.travelplan.gr is the Greek legislation with the exception of the rules of private international law. Responsible for resolving disputes which arise between the parties the courts of Athens.

Enquiry / Reservation Confirmation

Upon completion of the relevant fields in the reservation form, located in our website and completion of the booking process the user authorizes www.travelplan.gr to act as an intermediate broker the provision of travel services, offered by the provider or any other service associated with the implementation of a journey. Successful booking processes are always followed by a successful transaction message. Then users will have to follow another site to print out relevant voucher. All prices shown on the website www.travelplan.gr are real and final and valid for that time of search.
