TERMS and CONDITIONS
For individual bookings concerning accommodation in the above mentioned hotels, payment and cancellation policy which applies is as follows:
ATHENS HILTON Hotel, CROWNE PLAZA Hotel, TITANIA Hotel, HOLIDAY SUITES BOUTIQUE HoteL, BW EMBASSY Hotel, BW ILISSIA Hotel
In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 night is required, fully refundable in case of any cancellation or change received in written, until February 25th 2013. For any cancellation or change received in written from February 25th until March 15th, 1 night cancellation fees will apply. Full payment (the total cost of the whole stay) must be made until March 25th 2013. For any cancellation or change or reduce of stay received after March 25th 2013 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees will apply – the total cost of the whole stay
AIROTEL STRATOS VASSILIKOS Hotel, AIROTEL ALEXANDROS Hotel, METROPOLITAN Hotel, EFPLIAS Hotel

For any cancellation or change received in written from April 1st until April 15th 2013, 1 night cancellation fees will apply. For any cancellation or change or reduce of stay received after April 15th 2013 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees will apply – the total cost of the whole stay
A written notification for all cancellations and/or changes is required to be sent to TRAVEL PLAN.
Refunds (if applicable) will be effected within one month after the end of the 2nd Posidonia Tourism Forum (credit cards, bank charges will be deducted)
