In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 night is required, fully refundable in case of any cancellation or change received in written, until February 25th 2013. For any cancellation or change received in written from February 25th until March 15th, 1 night cancellation fees will apply. Full payment (the total cost of the whole stay) must be made until March 25th 2013. For any cancellation or change or reduce of stay received after March 25th 2013 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees will apply – the total cost of the whole stay

For any cancellation or change received in written from April 1st until April 15th 2013, 1 night cancellation fees will apply. Full payment (the total cost of the whole stay) must be made until April 15th 2013. For any cancellation or change or reduce of stay received after April 15th 2013 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees will apply – the total cost of the whole stay).

Refunds (if applied) will be effected within one month after the end of the 2nd Posidonia Tourism Forum (credit card / bank charges will be deducted)

OPTIONAL TOURS & EXCURSIONS

In order to confirm any booking, full payment in advance is required, fully refundable in case of any written cancellation received 20 days prior the tour/excursion booked date (for multi days excursions, 20 days prior the 1st day of operation for the booked excursion ).
- For any cancellation OR change between 19 days to 15 days prior the first day of the tour excursion, cancellation fees equal to 30% of the total cost of the tour /excursion applies.
- For any cancellation OR change between 14 days to 7 days prior the first day of the tour /excursion, cancellation fees equal to 60% of the total cost of the tour /excursion applies.
- For any cancellation OR change within 6 days prior the first day of the tour /excursion and/or non shows, full cancellation fees applies – the total cost of the tour/excursion.
A written notification of any cancellation or changes is necessary to be sent to Travel Plan. Refunds will be effected within one month after the end of ISF World Seed Congress (credit card/ bank charges will be deducted)
