A great selection of rooms (of different types) in hotels of various categories have been reserved at special rates for ISF World Seed Congress 2013 participants.
Rates stated below are PER ROOM, PER NIGHT, including BUFFET BREAKFAST and ALL TAXES as are applicable today and are valid for bookings within the period from 25 May to 30 May 2013. Should Tax/Vat change, rates will be adjusted accordingly.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Cancellations and booking changes
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to EUROSTAR SA Travel Plan / Congress Division. Cancellation costs will depend on date and time cancellation request has been received. Please see “Terms & Conditions” Section
Refunds whenever applicable will be processed after the end of the event. Credit card and bank charges are borne by the client.
Should you need to reduce the length of your stay (reducing number of overnight), please see details at “Terms & Conditions” Section
Should you need to extend your stay and request for additional nights, the rate and booking will depend on the hotel availability at time of request
