Hotel bookings through Travel Plan Agency link is strictly restricted to the participants registered to the ISF World Seed Congress 2013. Hotel bookings received from non-registered participants will be cancelled without further notice.
Please note following:
*Rooms at special rates have been arranged from 25 May to 30 May, 2013.
* A minimum of 02 nights is required by Travel Plan in order to confirm the reservation.
* The entire stay is to be paid upon submission of your hotel reservation request.
* Make sure you have read the Cancellation and booking change policies before submitting your hotel reservation (Terms and Conditions).
The hotel confirmation will be sent immediately after you have submitted your hotel reservation request using the online reservation system.
