PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

For individual bookings concerning accommodation in hotels listed in Hotel accommodation section of the present,
payment and cancellation policy which applies is as follows:

SOFITEL ATHENS AIRPORT Hotel, HOLIDAY INN ATHENS AIRPORT Hotel:In order to confirm any booking a deposit equal to the cost of 2nts per requested room is required, non refundable
in case of any cancellation or change. Full payment must be effected until April 30th 2012. For any cancellation or change after April 30th 2012 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply (the total amount of the whole stay).

ATHENAEUM INTERCONTINENTAL Hotel: In order to confirm any booking a deposit equal to the cost of 2nts per requested room is required. For any cancellation received until April 20th, cancellation fees equal to the cost of 1 nt apply. Full payment must be effected until April 30th 2012. For any cancellation or change received from April 21st until May 1st 2012, cancellation fees equal to the cost of 2 nts apply. For any cancellation or change received after May 1st 2012 and / or non shows, full cancellation fees apply (the total amount of the whole stay),

BW FENIX Hotel: In order to confirm any booking, full payment in advance is required (the total amount of the whole stay), non refundable in case of any change, reduce of stay, cancellation after confirmation and/or non shows.

METROPOLITAN Hotel, DIVANI ACROPOLIS Hotel, DIVANI CARAVEL Hotel: In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 night per requested
room is required, non refundable in case of any cancellation or change. Full payment must be made until April 15th 2012. For any cancellation or reduce of stay or change
received after April 15th 2012 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be possible).

ROYAL OLYMPIC Hotel: In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to 20% of the cost of the total booking is required, non refundable in case of any cancellation or change received until May 3rd 2012. Full payment must be made until May 4th 2012. For any cancellation or reduce of stay or change received after May 4th 2012 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be possible).

ATHENS HILTON, ATHENS LEDRA MARRIOTT Hotel, ATHENS PLAZA Hotel, PENTELIKON Hotel, ELECTRA PLC Hotel, ELECTRA Hotel: In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent
to the cost of 1 night per requested room is required, non refundable in case of any cancellation or change. Full payment must be made until April 30th 2012. For any cancellation
or reduce of stay or change received after April 30th 2012 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be possible).

DIVANI APOLLON & SPA Hotel, DIVANI APOLLON SUITES Hotel: Deposit policy: In order to confirm any booking, a 1st deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 night per
requested room is required. A 2nd deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 more night is required until April 1st 2012. A 3rd deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 more night per requested
room is required until May 1st 2012. A 4th deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 more night per requested room is required until May 16th 2012. Full payment (the total cost for the
whole requested stay) must be made until June 1st 2012. Cancellation policy: For any cancellation received until March 15th, the 1st deposit is fully refundable. For any
cancellation or change received from March 15th until March 30th 2012, cancellation fees equal to the cost of 1 night per room apply. For any cancellation received from April 1st
until April 30th 2012, cancellation fees equal to the cost of 2 nights per room apply. For any cancellation or change received from May 1st until May 15th 2012, cancellation fees
equal to the cost of 3 nights per room apply. For any cancellation or change received from May 16th until May 31st 2012, cancellation fees equal to the cost of 4 nights per room
apply. For any cancellation or change received after June 1st 2012 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be
possible).

GRAND RESORT LAGONISSI: In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the cost of the whole stay is required. Full payment (the total cost
of the whole stay) must be made until May 28th 2012. For any cancellation or reduce of stay or change received until April 30th 2012, no cancellation fees will apply. For any
cancellation, change, reduce of stay received after May 1st 2012 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be possible).

ATHENS RADISSON BLU Hotel, ST GEORGE LYCABETTUS Hotel, BW ILISSIA Hotel, PRESIDENT Hotel, NEW Hotel, ATHENIAN CALLIRHOE Hotel, TWENTY ONE Hotel, SEMIRAMIS Hotel: In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 night per requested room is required, fully refundable for any cancellation received until March 15th 2012. For any cancellation or change received from March 16th until April 29th 2012, cancellation fees equal to the cost of 1 night per room apply. Full payment (the total cost of the whole stay) must be made until April 30th 2012.For any cancellation, change, reduce of stay received after April 30th 2012 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be possible).

TITANIA Hotel: In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 night per requested room is required, fully refundable for any cancellation received
until May 5th 2012. For any cancellation or change received from May 5th until May 15th 2012, cancellation fees equal to the cost of 1 night per room apply. Full payment (the
total cost of the whole stay) must be made until May 15th 2012. For any cancellation or change or reduce of stay received after May 15th 2012 and/or non shows, full cancellation
fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be possible).

AMALIA Hotel, AMARILIA Hotel, POSEIDON Hotel, LONDON Hotel, EMMANTINA Hotel, PALMYRA Hotel, CORAL Hotel,
PLAKA Hotel, HERMES Hotel, ACROPOLIS MUSEUM Hotel: In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to 30% of the cost of the whole stay (not less than 1
night) is required, non refundable in case of any cancellation or change. Full payment (the total cost of the whole stay) must be made until April 30th 2012. For any cancellation
or change or reduce of stay received after April 30th and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be possible).

The MARGI Hotel: In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 nt per requested room is required, fully refundable in case of any cancellation or change
received until March 10th 2012. Full payment (the total cost of the whole stay) must be made until March 10th 2012. For any cancellation or change received from March 10th until
March 28th 2012, cancellation fees equal to 50% of the cost of the total booking apply. For any cancellation or change received after March 28th 2012, full cancellation fees apply.

AIROTEL STRATOS VASSILIKOS Hotel, AIROTEL ALEXANDROS Hotel, AIROTEL PARTHENON Hotel : In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to 30% of the cost of the whole stay (not less than 1 night) is required, fully refundable in case of any cancellation or change received until March 15th 2012. Full payment (the total cost of the whole stay) must be made until March 16th 2012. For any cancellation or change received from March 16th until May 10th 2012, cancellation fees equal to 50% of the cost of the total booking apply. For any cancellation or change received after May 10th 2012, full cancellation fees apply.

CIVITEL OLYMPIC Hotel, CIVITEL ATTIK: : In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 night per requested room is required, fully refundable for any cancellation received until May 10th 2012. Full payment (the total cost of the whole stay) must be made until May 11th 2012. For any cancellation or change or reduce of stay received after May 11th 2012 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be possible).

CONGO Hotel, OASIS Hotel, GALAXY Hotel, FOUR SEASONS Hotel, SAVOY Hotel: In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 night per requested room is required, fully refundable for any cancellation received until April 29th 2012. Full payment (the total cost of the whole stay) must be made until April 30th 2012. For any cancellation or change or reduce of stay received after April 30th 2012 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be possible).

VOULIAGMENI SUITES, TROPICAL Hotel, MISTRAL Hotel: In order to confirm any booking, a deposit equivalent to the cost of 1 night per requested room is required, fully refundable for any cancellation received until April 30th 2012. Full payment (the total cost of the whole stay) must be made until May 5th 2012. For any cancellation or change received from May 1st until May 5th 2012, cancellation fees equal to the cost of 1 night per room apply. For any cancellation or change or reduce of stay received after May 6th 2012 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be possible).

BW EFPLIAS: In order to confirm any booking, a deposit of 30% of the cost of the whole stay is required (not less than 1 night), fully refundable in case of any
cancellation received until December 30th 2011. Full payment (the total cost of the whole stay) must be made until December 30th 2011. For any cancellation or change
or reduce of stay received after December 30th 2011 and/or non shows, full cancellation fees apply – the total cost of the whole stay (no refunds will be possible).

ASTIR PALACE RESORT, ATHENS GATE Hotel: Rates, deposit and/or cancellation policy to be advised, upon request.
GROUPS, accommodation in PRE & POST days, in TRIPLES/SUITES/OTHER TYPES OF ROOMS
and accommodation in OTHER HOTELS:

You are strongly advised to proceed in reservations the soonest possible to secure availability
Requests will be handled on a first come first served basis

OPTIONAL TOURS & TRANSFERS

Optional Tours & Excursions

In order to confirm any booking, full payment in advance is required, fully refundable in case of any written cancellation
received 20 days prior the tour/excursion booked date (for multi day excursions, 20 days prior the 1st day of operation
for the booked excursion)
-For any cancellation OR change between 19 days to 15 days prior the first day of the tour /excursion, cancellation fees
equal to 30% of the total cost of the tour /excursion applies
-For any cancellation OR change between 14 days to 7 days prior the first day of the tour /excursion, cancellation fees
equal to 60% of the total cost of the tour /excursion applies
-For any cancellation OR change within 6 days prior the first day of the tour /excursion and/or non shows, full
cancellation fees applies – the total cost of the tour/excursion

Optional Transfers
Organized transfers by taxi, or mini van (type Prima Star) or by private cars (type Mercedes E200)
In order to confirm any booking, full payment in advance is required, fully refundable in case of
any written cancellation received 15 days before the requested day of transfer.
For any cancellation received 1 week prior the transfer date, no cancellation fees apply. For any
cancellation or change received from 7 days up to 3 days prior the date of the transfer, cancellation
fees equal to 30% of the cost of the transfer apply.
For any cancellation received from 3 days prior to the transfer date and on, and/or non shows,
cancellation fees equal to the cost of the transfer (100%). All cancellations must be sent in written to
TRAVEL PLAN (Att.: Mrs. F. Spyrou or Mrs. K. Laiou)
Refunds (if applicable) will be effected within one month after the end of POSIDONIA 2012.

Rent a car
In order to confirm any reservation, full payment in advance is required, fully refundable
for any cancellation received at least 16 days prior the 1st day of rental.
In case of any cancellation received in written within 15 days prior the 1st day of rental of the vehicle,
10,00 € cancellation fee will be charged (per vehicle). In case of any cancellation received same day of the 1st day of rental and/or non
shows, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and cancellation fees of 1 day rental cost will be charged
(per vehicle). Charges according to the requested type of car. Refunds will be effected within 1 month after Posidonia 2012 (credit
card or bank charges will be deducted). All cancellations and/or changes shall be sent in written to TRAVEL PLAN (Attn.: Mrs F. SPYROU or Mrs K. Laiou)

CANCELLATIONS
A written notification is required for all cancellations and/or changes to be sent to EUROSTAR

LIABILTY & INSURANCE
Unfortunately EUROSTAR SA – Travel Plan is not able to accept any responsibility whatsoever for injury or
damage to persons or property during your trip/stay in Greece. Your are therefore strongly advised to
obtain your own travel insurance.
